Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting for an executive leadership role in the Philippines to drive nationwide land acquisition and corporate affairs across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. You will identify strategic sites, lead negotiations, and oversee regulatory compliance while steering a high-performing team.

The successful candidate will have extensive leadership experience in land acquisition and expansion, with deep government and stakeholder networks, and willingness to travel nationwide.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership in land acquisition, land banking, corporate development, or expansion strategy.
• Proven track record acquiring and developing large-scale land opportunities across regions.
• Experience with government agencies, permits, regulators, and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead land acquisition initiatives across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
• Conduct market and geographic assessments for growth areas and land banking.
• Evaluate opportunities, negotiate with landowners and brokers, oversee transactions.
• Manage relationships with broker networks, consolidators, consultants, and partners.
• Direct due diligence across legal, commercial, environmental, and regulatory areas.
• Provide inputs for feasibility studies with planning and operations teams.
• Lead corporate affairs, including stakeholder engagement and government relations.
• Oversee permitting, licensing, land registration, titling, and regulatory compliance.
• Build relationships with government agencies, regulators, NGOs, and communities.
• Mentor and manage a team responsible for acquisitions and corporate affairs.
