Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks a senior corporate governance and compliance leader to oversee enterprise compliance, policy governance, and board secretariat functions across the organization and its subsidiaries.

You will work with the Chairman, CEO, and Board to align regulatory requirements with business objectives, engaging regulators and driving governance excellence across People, IT, Legal, and Risk functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership in developing and implementing a comprehensive compliance program that aligns with laws, governance, ethics, and data protection obligations.
• Provide strategic oversight of the policy and governance framework to ensure standards align with legal requirements and industry practices.
• Ensure enterprise-wide compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Lead and integrate corporate support functions across People & Culture, IT, Legal, Workplace Management, Health Services, and process improvement to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Collaborate with the Chairman, President & CEO, and Board of Directors, while engaging regulators and industry associations to address compliance matters and strengthen relationships.
• Provide strategic governance and secretariat leadership to the Chairman, President & CEO, and Board of Directors, ensuring proper minutes, resolutions, and corporate records across the organization and subsidiaries.
• Provide strategic guidance to the Board on meeting agendas and governance requirements to support informed deliberation and decision-making.
• Partner with the Chairman and President & CEO in shaping Board meeting agendas and governance guidance to align strategic priorities with execution.
