Job Description

• Lead all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
• Oversee accounting, audit, tax, treasury, and compliance functions.
• Manage relationships with investors, lenders, and external stakeholders.
• Provide strategic guidance to the CEO and executive team on financial performance and risk management.
• Drive data-driven decision-making through financial modeling and performance metrics.
• Implement and maintain robust financial controls and processes.
• Support fundraising, mergers & acquisitions, and capital structure optimization.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting teams.

Qualifications
