Job description

The Chief Engineer manages the overall operations of the property. This encompasses the maintenance and monitoring of all equipment, the assessment of facilities efficiency, and the study and proposal of residential improvements. They also manage and coordinate the various Engineering Staff and personnel of the residential property to handle day-to-day operations, as well as the concerns of unit owners.
