Summary of Work Activities and Responsibilities:
The Data and Systems Head provides leadership in the strategic direction, governance, management, and continuous enhancement of OUDAA's advancement information, reporting, and analytics capabilities to support donor development, alumni engagement, fundraising, resource mobilization, institutional reporting, and data-informed decision-making.
The position serves as OUDAA's lead steward for advancement information and analytics, ensuring the quality, integrity, confidentiality, availability, and responsible use of advancement information. It likewise champions the effective use of information and a culture of data-informed decision-making across OUDAA.
