Job summary

Pilmico Foods Corporation seeks a Laboratory Supervisor to lead the laboratory team, uphold safety, and drive quality for finished feeds and raw materials. You will champion compliance and cost-efficiency in a fast-paced plant.

You will manage lab quality systems (5S, GLP, ISMS, ISO), oversee analytical testing, and ensure SAP S/4HANA processes are accurate. A Registered Chemist with 3+ years in chemical lab management is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Agricultural Chemistry, or a related 4-year science course.
• Registered Chemist license is required.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in chemical laboratory management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lab quality management systems and compliance with 5S, GLP, ISMS, ISO standards, and RA 10657.
• Ensure reliable, validated chemical evaluations and method logging; oversee SAP S/4HANA workflows.
