Job summary

Culinary Adventures Inc. is seeking a culinary associate to support menu preparation with the team and ensure supplies at cooking stations are adequate for service.

You will prepare ingredients that are regularly needed and contribute to maintaining high standards of food preparation and safety in a busy restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of 4 years in College Major in Culinary Arts or HRM is preferred.
• At least 2 years related working experience in a restaurant and/or hotel restaurant.
• Customer service, food handling trainings, and food preparation trainings.
• Good interpersonal skills.

About the role

Under the general guidance and the supervision of the Jr. Sous Chef / Sous Chef and within the limits of established policies and procedures and service skills manual of Culinary Adventures Inc., you will be preparing menus in collaboration with colleagues and ensuring adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations.
