Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a seasoned enterprise network security professional to manage and support Check Point firewall platforms across data centers, cloud, and remote access environments.

You will implement firewall policies, NAT, VPN, IPS, routing and threat-prevention services, while troubleshooting complex issues and participating in 24x7 operations. The role includes modernization efforts with cloud, automation and IaC, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of enterprise network security experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on Check Point administration experience.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and security concepts.
• Experience troubleshooting complex firewall and connectivity issues.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support enterprise Check Point firewall platforms.
• Implement and maintain firewall policies, NAT, VPN, IPS, routing and threat-prevention services.
• Troubleshoot security and network issues across data center, cloud, and remote access environments.
• Support firewall upgrades, hardware refreshes, and platform lifecycle management.
• Participate in incident response and 24x7 operational support activities.
• Assist with automation, compliance initiatives, and security process improvements.
