Job summary

VOIS (Vodafone Intelligent Solutions) is seeking a CHARM Security Compliance Expert to lead governance, optimisation and evolution of security controls across Vodafone’s Cyber function. The role ensures alignment with Vodafone Security Baseline, supports audits, and drives remediation and compliance maturity.

The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, manage control dashboards, and guide remediation of gaps across IT, cloud and network environments.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in Information Security Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC)
• Knowledge of security governance models, control frameworks, and compliance lifecycle management
• Experience in supporting internal and external audits, assurance reviews, and regulatory compliance
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and influence security prioritisation
• Familiar with ITIL and its integration with security controls
• Knowledge of infrastructure, data centres, operating systems, middleware, and cloud environments from a governance perspective
• Ability to translate security requirements into actionable compliance expectations
• Well organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders
• Fluent in written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to Vodafone Cyber Security Baseline requirements and CHARM framework
• Drive lifecycle compliance of security controls across IT, cloud, and network domains
• Perform and support periodic control assessments and evidence validation for audit readiness
• Contribute as SME in internal and external audits, including remediation tracking
• Provide governance input for systems under development or change
• Lead, maintain, analyze, and present compliance dashboards and trends
• Participate in cyber risk assessments and remediation tracking
• Engage with Technology, Architecture, and Service Ownership to address control gaps
• Drive continuous improvement in compliant processes through standardisation and automation
