Job summary

PM Consulting seeks a Charge Entry Senior Analyst to join our Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management team in Bridgetowne, Quezon City. The role focuses on accurate charge entry, claim edit resolution, and authorization validation to ensure clean claim submission.

The candidate will collaborate with physicians and clinical teams to resolve issues impacting reimbursement. Night shift and onsite work are required, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and process improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management or related field.
• Direct experience with charge entry and resolving front-end billing and claim edits.
• Experience using physician-provided procedure/diagnosis information.
• Experience with EMR or practice management/patient accounting systems.
• Working knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, and modifiers.
• Understanding of payer requirements and clean claim submission.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail in a high-volume environment.
• Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City and night shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely entry of charges into billing systems.
• Review physician-provided procedure/diagnosis information for accuracy.
• Identify missing or unclear information and obtain clarification.
• Maintain integrity of coding and route questions to coding/clinical teams.
• Review authorizations to ensure alignment with services.
• Resolve front-end billing and claim edits related to demographics, payer info, and modifiers.
• Analyze claim edits to determine root causes and escalation needs.
• Apply payer requirements and billing guidelines to issues.
• Coordinate with clinicians and Revenue Cycle teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor work queues to ensure timely processing and documentation of actions.
