Job summary

Aice Brands Ice Cream Philippines Inc. is seeking a full-time Merchandiser to visit GT stores and outlets across the Palawan area, ensuring optimal product visibility and stock levels.

You will replenish POS materials, monitor freshness, and coordinate with sales reps for promotions while building strong relationships with store owners and decision-makers. The role requires travel across multiple locations daily, a high school diploma (college level preferred), and good interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned GT stores and outlets according to the route plan or area coverage.
• Ensure proper display and visibility of products in stores (shelves, racks, displays).
• Monitor stock levels in-store and report OOS situations.
• Place and replenish POS materials (posters, wobblers, shelf-talkers).
• Check product freshness and report expired/damaged items.
• Coordinate with Sales Representatives for promotions and new product rollouts.
• Maintain good relationships with store owners and decision-makers.
• Submit daily activity reports with photos of displays and competition.
• Gather market intelligence on pricing, competitor displays, and customer feedback.
