Job summary

Vouno Trade and Marketing Services Corporation in the Philippines seeks a Channel Manager to translate brand strategies into channel plans that drive AVA – Availability, Visibility and Accessibility. You will lead planning, execution, and performance initiatives with Brand Marketing, Purchasing, and Sales to deliver compliant, measurable programs.

This role requires collaboration with distributor partners and internal teams to maximize channel growth while maintaining brand integrity and program

Responsibilities

• Campaign Planning and Coordination: Create and drive channel strategies and channel execution standards per brand aligned to brand business objectives
• Campaign Planning and Coordination: Provide strategic inputs to Brand Marketing on brand activities such as forecasting, new products launches, promo schemes, trade partner deals
• Campaign Planning and Coordination: Translate brand activity deck into sales cascade decks with strong selling stories and commercial arguments
• Campaign Planning and Coordination: Spearhead Cycle Plan Process – Planning/Filtering/Cascade with distributor leadership teams
• Execution and Implementation: Deliver committed execution timelines for Brand, Channel and Sales Operations initiatives
• Execution and Implementation: Lead collaboration with brand and procurement for execution materials and with Sales for cascade and monitoring
• Execution and Implementation: Coordinate with distributor partner support teams and merchandising for tracking execution and adherence to scorecards
• Execution and Implementation: Coordinate with brand/sales/channel heads/merchandisers to deliver 100% OTIF
• Budget Management: Manage channel budget and adherence to allocations
• Budget Management: Process RFQ, PR when applicable
• Monitoring and Reporting: Conduct post-activation evaluations, including ROI assessment and reporting to Channel Heads/Brand Heads
• Compliance and Brand Alignment: Ensure all channel activities comply with regulatory requirements, safety guidelines, and internal policies
• Compliance and Brand Alignment: Uphold brand integrity in all executions, ensuring consistent messaging, design, and experience
