Qualifications and Requirements
- Familiar with HIMS system procedures, preparation of major bank security documents, and relevant bank portals.
- Complete assigned tasks within strict deadlines.
- Closely monitor all file progress and status to ensure timely and accurate completion.
- Assist and update lawyers; handle conveyancing and loan-related matters and documentation with minimal supervision.
- Update status using Google Sheets weekly.
- Work independently with minimal supervision (not applicable for Chambering position).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, well-organized, responsible, able to multitask, and work independently(not applicable for Chambering position).
- Minimum SPM; Diploma in Legal Studies or equivalent qualification.

Account & Admin Executive
Job Overview
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account & Admin Executive to support the firm's billing, payment follow-up and administrative processes. The successful candidate will work closely with our legal team to ensure quotations, invoices and payment records are issued and managed accurately and promptly.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue quotations, invoices, receipts and related billing documents.
- Follow up on outstanding payments with the legal team and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of invoices issued, payments received and outstanding balances.
- Liaise with lawyers and relevant staff to obtain billing instructions, supporting documents and updates on client matters.
- Prepare periodic reports on outstanding fees and collections for management.
- Respond to clients' basic billing and payment enquiries, escalating matters where necessary.
- Assist with filing, document management, data entry and general office administration.
- Support other accounts and administrative duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, administration or a similar role. Fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn may also apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
- Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
- Detail-oriented, organised, responsible and able to follow up matters diligently.
- Professional communication skills and the ability to handle client matters tactfully.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the legal team.
