Job summary

Dexcom is seeking a field-based sales professional to lead territory growth for its CGM portfolio in Europe. You will plan routes, drive sales plans, support diabetes specialist shops, and acquire new customers while managing the territory budget.

You will collaborate with Medical, Market Access, and Marketing teams, monitor market trends, and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in your region. Travel exceeds 75% in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5-8 years of related experience.
• Experience in diabetes and medical devices is a plus.
• Experience in both primary care and hospitals is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage a defined territory, plan routes, and visit customers with CRM follow-up.
• Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed targets.
• Support diabetes specialist shops and acquire new customers.
• Control territory budget and manage expenses.
• Plan and conduct customer events with tailored experiences.
• Collaborate with Medical, Market Access, and Marketing teams.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity; maintain relationships.
