Responsibilities

• Dispensing support: count, measure, and package medications for final pharmacist check.
• Greet customers, answer non-clinical inquiries, and help locate over-the-counter products.
• Receive new prescriptions, enter patient data into computer systems, and print labels.
• Restock shelves, track expiration dates, and remove expired or damaged stock.
• Operate the cash register, process sales transactions, and handle insurance or billing paperwork.
• Defer medical or dosage questions to the licensed pharmacist.
