Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Experience in healthcare or caregiving is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including hygiene, grooming, meals, and mobility.
• Provide compassionate, respectful care while preserving residents' dignity.
• Monitor residents' condition and report changes to the nursing team.
• Assist nurses with routine care and other assigned tasks.
• Support residents during daily activities and therapeutic routines.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and order in assigned areas.
• Accurately document care provided and observations.
• Follow established healthcare, safety, and facility protocols.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and other departments.
• Perform other duties related to resident care as assigned.
