Job summary

Bridges of Hope Quezon Province Rehabilitation Center in Quezon Province is seeking a Registered Social Worker to support residents and their families throughout recovery.

You will perform psychosocial assessments, develop individualized care plans, provide counseling, and coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic, ethical care. This role offers a chance to contribute to meaningful rehabilitation outcomes.

Qualifications

• PRC-licensed registered social worker.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and case management skills.
• Compassionate, empathetic, and client-centered.
• Able to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience in rehab or mental health is an advantage.
