Role Description

The Center Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations at the CuraKidney center in Quezon City. The Center Manager monitors performance metrics, supports compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and collaborates with clinical and administrative teams to improve efficiency and patient experience. The role also involves Inventory management, Facility maintenance and ensuring great patient experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or clinic operations management, including overseeing day-to-day center activities.
• Experience in handling regulatory licenses and permits.
• Knowledge of basic healthcare compliance, safety protocols, and quality standards; experience in nephrology or kidney care is an advantage.
• Comfort with digital tools, electronic health records, and data reporting to support center performance and decision-making.
