Job summary

Esquiretech Corp. is seeking a skilled Cell Phone Technician in Batangas to perform repair and maintenance of mobile phones, ensuring adherence to company standards and safety.

Ideal candidates have electronics or cellphone servicing background, NC II or certificate preferred, 6 months experience, and strong communication and computer skills for record-keeping and customer service.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Cell Phone Servicing (Hardware & Software) or Electronics Engineering.
• NC II Holder / Cellphone Repair Certificate or equivalent is a plus.
• At least 6 months of experience as a technician in related field.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of the repair and maintenance on mobile phones.
• Ensure repairs meet company standards, procedures and policies.
• Ensure proper operation of equipment to maintain safe working conditions.
• Maintain accurate records as required by law or agency regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Work closely with technicians and staff at various locations throughout the country.
