Job summary

Conti's Specialty Foods, Inc is seeking a Project Development Manager to oversee planning, development, construction, renovation, and execution of restaurant facilities across assigned locations. You will ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and local codes.

Responsibilities include leading end-to-end development, preparing timelines and budgets, site assessments, and managing contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in construction management, project development, or engineering operations, including supervisory/managerial experience.
• Experience in managing restaurant construction, store openings, renovations, fit-outs, and expansion projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil works, construction methodologies, engineering standards, cost estimation, and project management.
• Experience in contractor management, bidding processes, budgeting, and construction cost control.
• Working knowledge of building codes, construction permits, occupational safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficient in project management tools, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and related applications.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work onsite in Visayas and Mindanao with regular site visits.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of new restaurant stores, renovations, expansions, and facility improvement projects.
• Prepare project timelines, budgets, construction schedules, and resource requirements.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility evaluations to determine project readiness and development requirements.
• Oversee all phases of construction, fit-out, renovation, and project implementation.
• Monitor contractor performance, construction progress, workmanship, and compliance with plans and specs.
• Ensure projects are completed within approved budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
• Review engineering plans, construction specifications, cost estimates, and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety requirements, and government regulations.
• Prepare, evaluate, and monitor project budgets and capital expenditures.
• Manage external contractors, suppliers, consultants, and service providers.
