Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years in QA/QC within ready-mixed/concrete or construction materials industries.
• At least 3–5 years in a supervisory/leadership role overseeing QA/QC personnel and labs.
• Proven experience establishing QA/QC systems, lab management, and mix design optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC activities across one or more batching plants.
• Ensure compliance with customer specs, ASTM/ACI standards, and quality policies.
• Review and approve concrete mix designs and QA procedures.
• Monitor quality trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Investigate quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformities; implement corrective actions.
• Manage laboratory testing, equipment calibration, and quality documentation.
• Conduct internal quality audits and coordinate external audits.
• Prepare quality performance reports for senior management.
• Provide technical support to operations, sales, and project teams on quality requirements.
• Lead training and competency development for QA/QC personnel.
