Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a CCTV Operator to monitor hotel CCTV feeds on a 24/7 schedule from MOA, Pasay. This onsite role is dayshift and focuses on real-time incident detection and rapid coordination with on-site staff.

You will maintain daily logs, generate precise incident reports, and perform routine camera checks, while strictly complying with privacy and security policies. Experience in hospitality security is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in security surveillance or CCTV monitoring in hospitality or high-traffic settings.
• Excellent English verbal and written reporting and radio coordination.
• Proficient with MS Office for daily reporting and data logging.
• Strong multitasking ability to monitor multiple feeds for extended periods.
• Flexible to night shifts, weekends, and holidays for 24/7 operations.

Your Role

• Monitor all hotel CCTV cameras on a 24/7 schedule to identify security incidents and safety risks in real time.
• Raise immediate alerts to hotel management and coordinate with on‑site staff during active security events.
• Produce daily monitoring logs and detailed incident reports featuring clear observations and precise timestamps.
• Conduct regular camera functionality checks and elevate outages, blind spots, or system faults to technical teams.
• Adhere strictly to data privacy, security protocols, and access control policies to protect sensitive surveillance footage.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in security surveillance or CCTV monitoring within the hospitality or high‑traffic industry.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English for clear incident reporting and radio coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word and Excel, for daily reporting and data logging.
• Exceptional multitasking ability with the focus required to monitor multiple camera feeds simultaneously for extended periods.
• Ability to work adaptive schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays, to support 24/7 operations.
