Your Role
- Monitor all hotel CCTV cameras on a 24/7 schedule to identify security incidents and safety risks in real time.
- Raise immediate alerts to hotel management and coordinate with on‑site staff during active security events.
- Produce daily monitoring logs and detailed incident reports featuring clear observations and precise timestamps.
- Conduct regular camera functionality checks and elevate outages, blind spots, or system faults to technical teams.
- Adhere strictly to data privacy, security protocols, and access control policies to protect sensitive surveillance footage.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in security surveillance or CCTV monitoring within the hospitality or high‑traffic industry.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English for clear incident reporting and radio coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word and Excel, for daily reporting and data logging.
- Exceptional multitasking ability with the focus required to monitor multiple camera feeds simultaneously for extended periods.
- Ability to work adaptive schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays, to support 24/7 operations.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience working specifically within a hotel or resort security environment.
- Strong understanding of data privacy laws and ethical standards regarding video surveillance.
- Demonstrated ability to identify subtle behavioral cues or environmental risks before they escalated into incidents.
