MicroSourcing is seeking a CCTV Operator for onsite dayshift at MOA, Pasay. You will monitor hotel CCTV 24/7, raise alerts, log incidents, and coordinate with on-site staff to keep guests and properties safe.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in security surveillance or CCTV monitoring within hospitality or high-traffic environments.
Excellent oral and written communication in English for clear incident reporting and coordination.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for daily reporting and data logging.
Strong multitasking ability to monitor multiple camera feeds and manage incidents in real time.

Responsibilities

Monitor all hotel CCTV cameras on a 24/7 schedule to identify security incidents and safety risks in real time.
Raise immediate alerts to hotel management and coordinate with on-site staff during active security events.
Produce daily monitoring logs and detailed incident reports with clear observations and precise timestamps.
Conduct regular camera functionality checks and escalate outages or faults to technical teams.
Adhere to data privacy, security protocols, and access control policies to protect surveillance footage.
