Job summary

You will liaise with the security group, maintain clear written records of events, and provide courteous radio and phone support while ensuring data security and system integrity.

Responsibilities include reporting equipment faults to the supervisor and screening potential candidates promptly to support ongoing operations.

Qualifications

• Operate and monitor security systems in the control center.
• Coordinate with security staff to ensure proper use of the system.
• Record events clearly and accurately in writing.
• Provide courteous radio and telephone service and handle inquiries.
• Report equipment failures to the site supervisor.
• Maintain a secure system for data and control room safety.

• To operate and monitor all systems within the Control center in an efficient manner ensuring that all work is undertaken in compliance with the operating procedures and the codes of practice.
• To liaise with the security group and members of staff to ensure the appopriate use of the system. To include all evidential records and witness statements to a standard acceptable to the rules of evidence.
• To record all events and actions taken in a clear, ligible and accurate written format.
• To provide an efficient and courteous radio and telephone answering service and deal efficientlywith all inquiries.
• To report equipment failure to the site supervisor to maximize operation of the system.
• To maintain a secure system for providing data and ensure the security of the control room and equipment.
• Appreciate to screen the potential candidates the soonest.
