Job summary

ALON HARAYA REALTY CORP. is seeking a CCTV surveillance operator to monitor cameras, ensure proper coverage, and document security incidents in Metro Manila. The role includes equipment checks, basic troubleshooting, and timely reporting to security leads.

Responsibilities include logging activities, responding to incidents, and coordinating with security staff to prevent crime. The position requires strong attention to detail and reliable record-keeping within the CCTV system.

Responsibilities

• Conducts equipment checks to ensure that all cameras are functioning and recording.
• Ensures that all equipment, especially cameras, is clean and in proper location and coverage.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting of some of the problems that occurred.
• Immediately inform his or her leader and property officers of problems occurring beyond the scope and ability to solve, and prepare an information report/request for technical assistance.
• Monitor anyone acting suspiciously, and alert security staff to prevent crime or violations.
• Act as the radio control officer who conducts radio monitoring and radio checking.
• Responds to radio calls from external security personnel and property officers of the Security and Safety Department during incidents and emergencies.
• Keep a written log of any suspicious activities captured by the surveillance equipment.
• Records activities and events for reviewing purposes.
• Respond to all requests for review of recordings.
• Maintains thorough records, including Incident logs, Repair and Maintenance logs.
• Logbook and any other designated records within CCTV.
• Prepares information/incident/observation reports, as necessary.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
