Responsibilities

• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate replenishment and restocking based on demand.
• Monitor incoming orders in real-time.
• Verify order details for accuracy and completeness.
• Resolve order issues with relevant teams.
• Identify and address customer needs to ensure positive experience and first-contact resolution.
• Maintain excellent service standards and respond promptly to inquiries.
