Job summary

Gensai Career Consulting Corp. seeks an on-site Accounting Supervisor in Cavite with 3–5 years of accounting experience, including 1–2 years in supervision.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, and familiarity with BIR/PEZA compliance. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems is preferred as you oversee daily accounting activities and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of general accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.
• BIR and PEZA experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Good leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Willing to work onsite in FCIE, Cavite.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily accounting activities.
• Review accounting records, invoices, and financial reports.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports.
• Monitor expenses and cash flow.
• Ensure timely BIR, PEZA, and other government compliance.
• Assist with budgeting and financial planning.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and other departments.
• Supervise and train accounting staff.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks as needed.
