Job summary

G2G Manpower Consultants Inc is seeking an on-site Accountant in Cavite with 1-3 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in accounting. The role covers general accounting, payroll support, tax compliance, and financial reporting across two entities.

Responsibilities include maintaining records, processing journal entries, bank reconciliations, and assisting month-end close while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Maintain complete and accurate accounting records and financial documents.
• Record daily financial transactions and ensure proper bookkeeping procedures.
• Prepare journal entries and reconcile accounting records.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Process billing statements, invoices, and collection monitoring.
• Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow transactions.
• Assist in month-end and year-end accounting closing activities.
• Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of accounting documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide payroll-related accounting entries and payroll reconciliation.
• Validate payroll summaries and related accounting transactions.
• Monitor employee reimbursements, allowances, and liquidation reports.
• Assist in monitoring company operational expenses and budget utilization.
• Prepare and process tax-related requirements when necessary.
