Insight is seeking a Category Project Coordinator in Manila to support Category Managers with internal sales reporting, analysis, and market trend data. The role blends analytical rigor with project management and cross-functional collaboration, leveraging AI tools to accelerate insights and automation.
You will partner with Category Management, Sales, Procurement, Operations, and Finance to align on business priorities, drive process improvements, and ensure timely execution of initiatives.
The Category Project Coordinator will be responsible for collaborating and supporting the Partner/Category Manager(s) who is managing and developing the relationship between Insight and its strategic partners. The Category Analyst’s primary function will be to provide the Category Team with internal sales reporting, analysis, and market trend data to help increase sales and profitability.
This role demands a blend of analytical rigor, project management, and cross-functional collaboration — amplified by the fluent, everyday use of AI tools to work faster, surface deeper insights, and scale individual output. We're looking for someone who treats AI as a core part of their workflow, not an afterthought: using it to accelerate analysis, draft and refine deliverables, and automate repetitive tasks so they can focus on higher-value thinking.
Project Planning & Execution: Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through completion, developing project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
Project Governance: Maintain project documentation, action trackers, risk registers, and status updates to ensure accountability, visibility, and adherence to timelines.
Risk & Dependency Management: Proactively identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, driving mitigation plans and escalating concerns as needed.
Performance Monitoring: Track project progress, key milestones, and success metrics, providing regular updates and insights to leadership and stakeholders.
Operational Coordination: Coordinate activities across teams to ensure timely execution of initiatives, remove roadblocks, and drive project momentum.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Category Management, Sales, Procurement, Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on business priorities and strategic initiatives.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for project-related inquiries, facilitating effective communication, issue resolution, and stakeholder engagement.
Process Improvement: Identify workflow inefficiencies, operational challenges, and process gaps, recommending and implementing scalable solutions to improve productivity and effectiveness.
Change Enablement: Support the adoption of new processes, tools, and business initiatives by coordinating stakeholder communications and promoting organizational readiness.
Continuous Improvement: Leverage data, stakeholder feedback, and best practices to drive ongoing enhancements to processes, execution, and team performance.

Degree: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field from a four-year college or university.
Professional Background: Minimum of 3 years in a dynamic business environment focusing on analysis and reporting, plus at least 2 years of advanced administrative or related experience.
Adaptability: Proven ability to thrive in an environment of rapidly changing requirements and tight operational objectives.
Project Planning & Coordination: Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools to manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
Leadership Reporting & Stakeholder Communications: Strong presentation development and executive communication skills using PowerPoint and Microsoft 365 applications.
Governance & Documentation: Experience creating project documentation, process maps, status reports, and performance tracking materials.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Apply analytical thinking and quantitative insights to assess project performance, evaluate business impacts, and support strategic initiatives.
Microsoft Office Suite: Advanced skills in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, variables), PowerPoint (executive-level deck design), Word, and Outlook.
AI Fluency: Demonstrated, hands‑on experience using AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar) to analyze data, draft and refine deliverables, automate tasks, and improve productivity. Comfortable learning and adopting new AI capabilities quickly, and able to apply sound judgment to validate and refine AI-generated output.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication. You must be able to present information constructively across all levels of the organization.
Project Management: Strong ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
Critical Thinking: Robust analytical and problem‑solving skills with a high attention to detail.
