Job summary

EuroAsia Executive Search, Inc. is seeking a Category Manager for Supplements to lead strategy, assortment, pricing and inventory in a retail/e-commerce setting.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, E-commerce and Operations to drive campaigns, analyze performance and seize growth opportunities while ensuring product profitability in Libis, Eastwood, Quezon City.

Qualifications

• <80 characters>Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in business/marketing/related field.
• <80 characters>Experience in category management, merchandising, purchasing, sales, or product management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies to achieve sales and profit targets.
• Manage the overall performance of the supplements category, including product assortment, pricing, promotions, and inventory.
• Research market trends, consumer preferences, competitor activities, and emerging supplement products.
• Identify and evaluate new products, brands, and suppliers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and brand partners.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, promotions, and other commercial agreements.
• Monitor product sales, inventory levels, margins, and overall category performance.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, E-commerce, and Operations teams.
• Develop promotional campaigns and initiatives to increase sales and market share.
• Analyze sales data and prepare regular category performance reports.
• Identify slow-moving products and recommend appropriate action plans.
• Ensure the product portfolio remains competitive, profitable, and aligned with customer demand.
• Monitor product launches and ensure new products are properly introduced to the market.
• Stay updated on supplement industry trends and relevant product developments.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Pharmacy, Nutrition, Food Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2–5 years of experience in category management, merchandising, purchasing, sales, or product management.
• Experience in supplements, health & wellness, FMCG, retail, or e-commerce is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of supplement products, market trends, and consumer preferences is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Commercially driven, proactive, and results-oriented.

Willing to work on-site in Libis, Eastwood, Quezon City.
