Job summary

Arch Global Services Philippines is seeking a Catastrophe Modeling Analyst to manage exposure data for per-account modeling and to ensure data integrity across RMS, AIR, and related platforms.

You will validate, cleanse, and format data for internal users and reinsurers, interpret model results, and support underwriting, actuarial, and reinsurance decisions with robust reporting and data workflows.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis for catastrophe modeling workflows.
• Experience with RMS, AIR, and EQE modeling tools is preferred.
• Strong analytical capability to collect, organize, and analyze large data sets.
• Familiarity with databases and reporting packages enhances data processing.
• Knowledge of statistics and ability to interpret model outputs.
• Experience developing queries and generating business-facing reports.

Responsibilities

• Review and profile property and casualty exposure data for completeness and quality.
• Validate exposure data against premium bordereaux, claims, and placements to identify discrepancies.
• Prepare data outputs for reinsurers and catastrophe modeling platforms like RMS and AIR.
• Process exposure schedules for per-account catastrophe modeling with data integrity checks.
• Interpret model results and provide reports to underwriting, actuarial, and reinsurance teams.
• Develop data cleansing techniques and workflows to improve efficiency and repeatability.
• Acquire data from primary/secondary sources and maintain exposure databases.
