Job summary

Sales Rain is seeking a Senior Analyst to support global insurance clients with catastrophe modelling, exposure management, and risk analysis.

You will analyze exposure data, train junior analysts, and deliver data-driven insights to stakeholders. The role requires strong Excel and analytics, plus knowledge of geospatial data and relevant software, based in Metro Manila with evening PH time shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative, insurance, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry.
• Experience in catastrophe modelling, exposure management, insurance analytics, actuarial work, or related areas preferred.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of geocoding, geographic data, or catastrophe risk is an advantage.
• Experience with RMS, AIR/Touchstone, Verisk, Power BI, SQL, or Python is a plus.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, validate, cleanse, and manage insurance exposure data.
• Support catastrophe modelling, accumulation analysis, and portfolio reporting.
• Perform data quality checks and review analyst outputs.
• Prepare reports and provide data-driven insights to clients and stakeholders.
• Train and mentor junior analysts and serve as an SME for assigned processes.
