Job summary

Arch Global Services in the Philippines seeks a Catastrophe Modeling Analyst to collect, cleanse, and analyze exposure data and model outputs for per-account projects, working with RMS, AIR, and other platforms. You will validate data, prepare outputs for underwriters, actuaries, and reinsurers, and drive data quality improvements through automated workflows and clear reporting to support decision-making.

Qualifications

Review property and casualty exposure data for quality.
Validate exposure data against premium bordereaux, claims, and facultative placements.
Prepare exposure data for reinsurers and catastrophe modeling platforms like RMS/AIR.
Process insured exposure schedules for per-account catastrophe modeling.
Interpret model results and support underwriting, actuarial, and business decisions.

Responsibilities

Develop data cleansing techniques and workflow strategies to improve accuracy and repeatability.
Acquire data from primary and secondary sources and maintain exposure databases.
Identify trends or patterns in exposure and loss data sets.
Filter and evaluate data for performance indicators to locate coding and quality issues.
Identify process improvements to enhance catastrophe modeling workflows and reporting accuracy.
