Job summary

Melco Resorts & Entertainment Limited seeks an Analyst, Internal Audit & Internal Control Compliance in Manila to lead small to medium audits and assess controls across the business. You will help improve financial, IT and operational controls and present findings to management.

The role requires 7+ years of audit experience, professional qualifications preferred, and strong communication skills in English and Filipino. Knowledge of COSO and SOX is advantageous in a fast-paced gaming environment.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Business or related disciplines with recognized accounting qualifications.
• Planning and performing duties on risk-assessed basis with good IT controls understanding.
• COSO internal control framework knowledge; SOX documentation experience.
• Audit experience; 7+ years with Big 4 background preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills; English and Filipino proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead small to medium audits in key risk areas with process and control improvements.
• Assess adequacy and effectiveness of financial, IT, operational and compliance controls.
• Recommend improvements to strengthen the control environment and assist policy development.
• Perform special reviews and investigations as required.
