Job summary

Newport World Resorts is seeking a Credit Junior Officer in Pasay, Philippines. You will receive and check CCF applications, assist in casino credit checks, and audit daily cheque transactions to ensure accuracy and policy compliance.

You will monitor balances, collect cheques for deposits, and update credit information in our system while liaising with relevant offices. The role includes preparing daily reports, supporting limit updates in the system, and coordinating with treasury for bank

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy/Management Accounting or equivalent.
• No experience required; working experience in related field is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Records and audits daily cheque transactions and monitors balances to support credit controls.
• Performs daily cheque audits at the casino cage and ensures compliance with standards.
• Assists in casino credit checks and updates credit information in the system.
• Forwards assessments to committees for approval and maintains documentation.
• Makes outbound calls to gather credit information and updates the system accordingly.
• Conducts 100% cheque inventory audits and verifies supporting documents.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy/Management Accounting or equivalent
