Job summary

Filinvest Hotel: Quest Plus Conference Center Clark seeks a Cashier Supervisor – Golf to oversee daily cashiering operations at the golf facility, ensuring accurate transactions, strict cash control, and excellent guest service. You will train cashiers, reconcile revenues, and coordinate with Accounting and Income Audit to support financial integrity.

You’ll lead cashier staffing, monitor POS systems, and uphold company policies while maintaining professional hotel and golf operations in Clark.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of cashiering or revenue-control experience in golf/hotel/resort.
• Experience with POS systems and financial software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise golf cashiers and manage daily transactions.
• Record and reconcile revenue streams (green fees, range, pro shop).
• Enforce cash handling procedures and minimize discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Income Audit and Accounting for daily reports.
• Train and schedule cashiers, provide coaching.
• Prepare management reports and support operations.
