Job summary

Gulf Leisure and Entertainment Network Corporation is seeking a reliable Softplay Attendant to manage daily cash handling and play area operations. The role involves maintaining inventory, preparing change funds, and completing cashiering checklists with accuracy.

You will ensure compliance with play area rules, assist as a reliever when needed, secure sales, and report daily figures to the Head Office. Prior cash handling experience and strong customer service are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience handling cash transactions accurately and securely.
• Experience maintaining inventory levels and securing assets.
• Familiarity with POS and cashiering procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintains inventory level and security of operating collaterals such as tape receipts, printer ribbons, wrist tags, official receipts, report forms, socks, etc.
• Prepares change fund, report forms and operating collaterals on a day-to-day basis.
• Accomplishes cashiering checklists on a daily basis.
• Implements POS/cashiering procedures properly.
• Attends to buying customers with courtesy and respect.
• Be familiar with the rules and regulations of the play area.
• Acts as reliever for Soft Play Attendant when necessary.
• Secures sales and safekeeps a substantial amount of money from sales regularly, inside the vault.
• Keeps keys to cash drawers and vaults.
• Receives sales and inventories from outgoing Cashier using the corresponding forms for turnover.
• Deposits sales collection as per schedule.
• Reports amount of sales to authorized personnel.
• Prepares/prints required reports, such as the sales report, transactions/activity reports, deposit slips, etc. covering sales transactions and submits these documents to Head Office on time.
