The ideal candidate has proven cashier/server experience, strong customer service skills, and familiarity with POS systems. English communication is essential; Filipino skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as cashier, server, or in a similar hospitality role.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for guest satisfaction.
• Strong numerical and math abilities for accurate cash handling and payments.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, seat them promptly, and present menus.
• Take orders accurately and relay to kitchen/bar in a timely manner.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Process cash, card, and digital payments via POS system.
• Balance cash registers and reconcile discrepancies at shift end.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining/service areas.
• Handle enquiries and resolve guest complaints professionally.
• Suggest menu items and beverage pairings to enhance experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service.
• Comply with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
