Terry Selection, Inc. is seeking a cashier/customer service professional for its Molito Branch in Metro Manila. The role requires proven experience in a similar field and a willingness to be stationed at the Molito location.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and ready to handle daily cash handling, inquiries, and store operations. You will assist customers, promote products, process transactions, and ensure accurate cash deposits and daily reports.

Responsabilidades

• Efficient in product knowledge; promotes products and gives recommendations to customers.
• Provides prompt and efficient service to all clients and attends to inquiries, complaints, concerns, and requests.
• Takes effort to build customer goodwill; checks their satisfaction, welcomes and attends them; solicits feedback regarding the food/product and service.
• Accomplishes and consolidates the cashier's report on a daily basis.
• Ensures all collections of cash and checks are deposited on the next banking day. Maintains the availability of bills and coins necessary for the day's operation.
• Ensures correctness of the price and quality of the items to be punched.
• Follows all existing policy/memorandum especially regarding granting of discounts and promotions.
• Vigilant in processing credit cards and gift certificates.
• Manages the petty cash fund; performs safekeeping of funds as well as receipts/supporting documents; initiates replenishment upon reaching the critical level.
• Maintains a logbook to record documents used on the restaurant and store.
• Coordinates with the store supervisor/manager regarding inquiries and reservations made during the day.
• Maintains alertness in observing possible shoplifter/suspicious person inside the selling area.
• Checks the equipment such as cash register, monitor and money tester is in good condition.
• Maintains cleanliness and orderliness in the area of responsibility and observes safety regulations at all times.
• Maintains cleanliness and orderliness in the area of responsibility at all times.
• Checks all existing policy/memorandum with regards to discounts and promotions.
• Ensures uniform is clean, ironed and complete (caps, name plate, etc.) and properly worn at all times while on duty.
• Other tasks that may be assigned by the Management.
