Rancho Blanco Recreation and Resort OPC in Batangas is seeking a Bartender/Cashier to provide friendly service while preparing and serving beverages and handling cashier duties with accuracy.
You will greet guests, take orders, process payments, maintain bar cleanliness, and monitor stock during busy shifts. The role requires good grooming, reliable cash handling, and teamwork in a hospitality setting, including weekends and holidays.
The Bartender/Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing, serving, and presenting alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The position also handles cashiering duties, including order taking, payment processing, and accurate cash accountability. The employee must maintain a pleasant personality, professional appearance, and courteous attitude when dealing with guests and co-workers.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes, standards, and proper serving portions.
Prepare cocktails, mixed drinks, wines, beers, and other beverages as required.
Ensure proper presentation, cleanliness, and quality of all beverages served.
Take beverage orders accurately and coordinate with service staff when necessary.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar/beverage station, equipment, glassware, and utensils.
Properly handle and store alcoholic beverages and other beverage supplies.
Monitor beverage inventory and report low-stock or damaged items to the supervisor.
Practice responsible alcohol service and follow company policies regarding the serving of alcoholic beverages.
Ensure that beverages are served only to guests who are legally permitted to consume alcohol and follow management procedures for handling questionable situations.
Greet guests warmly and courteously.
Accurately receive and process beverage orders through the POS/cashiering system.
Accept and process cash, credit/debit cards, e-wallets, and other authorized forms of payment.
Issue receipts and provide the correct change.
Maintain proper cash accountability throughout the shift.
Perform opening and closing cash procedures as assigned.
Report cash discrepancies, voids, refunds, or unusual transactions immediately to the supervisor.
Ensure that all sales and beverage transactions are properly recorded.
Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and approachable personality at all times.
Welcome and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.
Provide basic information about available beverages, prices, and promotions.
Handle customer concerns calmly and respectfully and refer complaints to the appropriate supervisor when necessary.

High school graduate or equivalent; hospitality, food and beverage, or related training is an advantage.
Previous experience as a bartender, barista, cashier, server, or beverage attendant is preferred.
Knowledge of basic cocktail preparation and beverage service is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of POS and cash-handling procedures.
