Job summary

The Abaca Group Inc is seeking a full-time F&B cashier to join our team in Metro Manila. You will collect guest payments, operate cash registers and POS, and ensure accurate recording of all transactions.

Requirements include basic math skills, honesty, reliability and the ability to stand for long periods with flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Fresh graduates are welcome; 6 months to 1 year experience preferred.

Qualifications

• College graduate with BSHRM or equivalent.
• 6 months to 1 year of F&B cashier experience.
• Basic math and cash handling accuracy.
• Ability to operate cash registers, POS and payment terminals.
• Honest, reliable and detail-oriented.
• Able to stand for long periods and work flexible hours.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to operate cash registers, POS systems, and payment terminals.

• Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Collects payment of guest checks from servers. Ensures accurate accounting of all transactions, collections, and disbursement.
• Receives cash funds at beginning of work shift, and counts money in drawer at the end of shifts to verify its accuracy.
• Makes an entry to the Daily Variance Report. Perform all other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Reconcile cash receipts and charge sales with total sales to verify the accuracy of transactions at the end of the work shift.
• Encodes order of food and beverage and rings food and beverage into POS. Collects cash or credit payment from the server or directly from the guest.
• To perform any additional duties/tasks given by the immediate head.
