Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process transactions with POS (scan items, input codes, accept cash, cards, and digital wallets).
• Manage cash by counting drawer at start/end of shift and reconciling to receipts.
• Provide customer service, greet shoppers, answer questions, apply coupons, issue receipts.
• Handle returns per policy (exchanges, store credits, refunds).
• Maintain checkout area: keep station clean, organized, stocked with bags and receipt paper.
