  • Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, answer questions, and provide information about products or services.
  • Transaction Processing: Operate the cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system to complete purchases, handling cash, credit/debit card payments, and digital transactions.
  • Money Handling: Accurately count cash, provide correct change, and ensure that all transactions are processed accurately.
