Job summary

You will maintain accurate pricing and records, assist customers with inquiries, coordinate with store departments, and follow all policies and safety standards. Prior cashier or retail experience is preferred, and ability to work in shifts including weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Handle cash, credit/debit card, and other payment transactions while ensuring proper cash handling procedures.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times.
• Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and basic concerns.
• Ensure accurate pricing, discounts, promotions, and transaction records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented cashier area.
• Perform daily cash counting, reconciliation, and other cashier-related reports.
• Coordinate with other store departments to ensure smooth and efficient customer service.
• Follow company policies, food safety standards, and security procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Supervisor or Management.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Cashier, Retail Associate, or in a customer service role is an advantage.
• Strong numerical and cash-handling skills.
