Key responsibilities include preparing and serving coffee and beverages, processing orders and payments via the POS system, maintaining cash accuracy, keeping the workstation clean, and supporting opening/closing

Qualifications

• Experience in barista or cashier roles is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation is an advantage.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and other products according to recipes and standards.
• Provide professional, courteous, and efficient customer service at all times.
• Accurately process orders and payment transactions using the designated POS system.
• Maintain proper cash handling and ensure accuracy in all cashiering transactions.
• Address customer inquiries professionally and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and service area.
• Monitor supplies and coordinate replenishment with supervisor.
• Comply with food safety, sanitation, health, and safety policies.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures and prepare/clean the area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
