Job summary

Gourdo's Inc. is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented retail cashier in Metro Manila. You will assist customers with inquiries, recommend products, and process transactions accurately at the POS.

You will help maintain the sales floor, ensure correct pricing, and support in-store promotions. The role requires reliability, good communication, and flexibility to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, cashier, or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems is an advantage.
• Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to be assigned to branches within Metro Manila.

• Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
• Process cash, credit/debit card, and other payment transactions accurately.
• Issue receipts and provide proper change to customers.
• Ensure accurate pricing and proper scanning of merchandise.
• Replenish, arrange, and display merchandise properly.
• Check product labels, prices, and availability.
• Assist with inventory counts and stockroom activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area and cashier counter.
• Handle customer concerns and refer complex issues to the Supervisor when necessary.
• Assist in store promotions and other sales activities.
• Follow company policies and procedures for cash handling and store operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Store Manager.
