Job summary

Lola Zeny's Lutong Bahay in Makati seeks a reliable cashier to encode orders, process payments, issue receipts, and maintain cash-drawer accountability, with accurate end-of-shift reconciliation.

You will coordinate orders with the Dispatcher and kitchen, verify discounts and promos, assist customers, and keep cashier stations clean in a fast-paced dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately encode customer orders, modifications, discounts, and payment details in the POS.
• Receive and process, cash, cards, e-wallets, and other approved payment methods.
• Issue receipts and provide correct change.
• Verify approved discounts, promos, vouchers, refunds, voids, and cancellations according to company procedures.
• Coordinate orders with the Dispatcher and kitchen.
• Maintain proper cash-drawer accountability and complete required end-of-shift reconciliation.
• Report discrepancies, suspicious transactions, system issues or customer concern immediately.
• Maintain Cleanliness and organizations of the cashier stations.
• Assist customers with menu questions, ordering and basic service concerns
