On-site - Cavite 1-3 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Receives payment for all transactions of the clinic.
• Prepares daily summary of OFW and walk in patients signed by medical director and submit report and cash to accounting dept. for Makati while Cavite will be signed by Clinic Medical Director and deposit cash to HMICare account.
• Submit weekly SOA and updates logbook to keep track of collections.
• Generates the monthly census and billing of patients.
• Distributes the checks to the Doctors, staff and suppliers.
• Other duties deemed necessary by the Immediate Head.

Qualifications

• A graduate of a four (4) year college course.
• Must have at least one (1) year experience in cashiering.
• Must possess honesty and integrity.
• Flexible and can work under pressure.
• Adaptive and fast learner.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office, using MS Word, and MS Excel.
