Job summary

LBC Express, Inc. is seeking a Systems Cash Custodian in Pangasinan to ensure accurate daily reporting of Cash on Hand for the hub. You will act as the point person for cash related matters, including COD proceeds, petty cash, and Pay Collect funding.

You will support the Systems Cash Analyst Team Leader and Systems Cash Manager in recording transactions and producing timely reports using MS Office tools such as Excel, coordinating with other departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or related field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in cashiering, petty cash monitoring, etc.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to communicate with associates and other departments.
• Strong leadership, time management and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and prioritize effectively.
• Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Report Cash on Hand for the assigned Hub daily.
• Act as point person for cash-related matters (COD, petty cash, Pay Collect funding).
• Assist the Systems Cash Analyst Team Leader and Systems Cash Manager in recording transactions and reporting.
