Job summary

LBC Express, Inc. is seeking a Systems Cash Custodian in Pangasinan to ensure accurate daily reporting of Cash on Hand for the hub. You will act as the point person for cash related matters, including COD proceeds, petty cash, and Pay Collect funding.

You will support the Systems Cash Analyst Team Leader and Systems Cash Manager in recording transactions and producing timely reports using MS Office tools such as Excel, coordinating with other departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or related field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in cashiering, petty cash monitoring, etc.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to communicate with associates and other departments.
• Strong leadership, time management and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and prioritize effectively.
• Can start ASAP.

The Systems Cash Custodian shall be responsible for the reporting of Cash on Hand in the assigned Hub/Team daily. Act as point person for all the matters related to Cash of the Team such as the collected cash from COD transactions, Petty Cash Fund and Pay collect Funding. Assist the Systems Cash Analyst Team Leader and Systems Cash Manager in the transaction recording and reporting function of the group.

Area of Deployment: LBC HUB- LIM BLDG. JOSE DE VENECIA HIGHWAY, BRGY. NALSIAN, CALASIAO, PANGASINAN

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field (cashiering, petty cash monitoring, etc)
• Has knowledge in MS Office especially Excel, PDF conversion.
• Ability to communicate with the associate counterpart with supervision and with other departments.
• Good in intuition skills.
• Good in leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively as a team member.
